Good day all! Here with a slightly later than I had hoped temporary closure announcement for early May.Sorry for the suddenness of the announcement, but a trip I have been planning to go on for some time has really crept up on me!
I will be largely unavailable for shopping services from May 4th through May 11th due to international travel. Tenshishop is run by just me, so unfortunately when I have to be away there is no one here to keep things going smoothly , and so I have to temporarily close up shop. I may be a bit slow to answer mails in the days just before my departure and just after getting back. I will have internet access while away, so you can still shoot me an email about a current service or about urgent matters. The general contact form will still also remain active, but answers will be slower than usual.
Bidding for auctions and app shopping will close April 26th (midnight, Japan time), as I need to allow time for items to arrive before I leave if possible. Items delivered to me while I am gone are scheduled to be held or redelivered automatically, so please do not worry about auction items or online orders that may already be on the way. The Auction Request Form will be completely deactivated from April 26th the Service Status post is once again marked ‘open.’
If you wish to request in store items or spot claim or request in store items while TenshiShop is closed, please use the In Store Request Form. I will try to respond to you if I have some downtime during my travel, but please do not expect an answer while I am away and the Service Status post is marked ‘closed.’
If you wish to shop online while TenshiShop is closed, please use the Online Request Form. I might be able to do some online shopping even while I am away, especially for pre-order items and with shops where I can set the delivery date. If you have a current service with items due to arrive soon, please understand depending on when your items arrive to me, I might not be able to ship them until I return.
The TenshiShop webshop will remain open for orders, so please feel free to place orders for shop items, and they will be shipped after I return to Japan.
