Hi guys! Just wanted to put out there a notice of two upcoming disruptions in services here at Tenshishop. I will be traveling a bit in October and November of this year, please see details below.
Early October: Around the 4th-18th.
I will be traveling within Japan during this time. I don’t plan on shutting my shopping service down, but you can expect delayed response times during this period. No shipping for online shop or shopping service orders will take place in this time frame. I will do my last shipment before this period on Monday, October 3rd. This is most important for those needing items by Halloween or for events in the weeks prior to Halloween. If using EMS, it still may be possible to get items if they are shipped around the 19th-21st, but may be cutting it close for some destinations.
November: Around 9th-2nd (Dec)
I will be traveling away from Japan during this time. I don’t plan on shutting my service down completely for this trip. However, because I will be abroad, some services will need to be handled on a case by case basis, especially those for auctions and app shopping, some of which will simply have to be refused until I return to Japan. The Auction Shopping Request form will remain active, but I might not be able to fulfil your request, and will try to let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.
Response times to messages may be slower during this time, but I will still take requests. No shipping for online shop or shopping service orders will take place during this time. I will aim to do my last shipment before this period on Monday or Tuesday November 7-8th. Shipping will not resume again until early December, and there will certainly be a back log, so your patience is appreciated. This could possibly affect Christmas shipments if using the slowest shipping methods, so please take care!
Another important point to note is that the Angelic Pretty Brilliant Night Tea Party in Tokyo (Nov. 29) happens to fall during my time away from Japan this year. I will not be able to attend the tea, so I might be a little behind on information revealed at the party. Please consider this when mailing about any news coming out of the party, and remember to prepare references (links, photos) so we can be on the same page.
Releases During Travel Times
If you have claimed a spot with me for a release that happens to fall during one of my travel periods, please do not worry. I should still be able to try for your item(s). However, confirming if I was successful in getting your item(s) or not might take a bit more time than usual. Shipping will also be delayed when the release falls during my travel periods. Please keep this in mind when claiming a spot for new releases that could potentially fall in one of these periods.
