Hello everyone! This post is to notify everyone that Tenshi will be traveling abroad from the end of December through mid January. Please read below to see how shopping services will be affected.

General Information:
The last day shipment for 2019 will be December 23, 2019. Shipping will not resume until between January 22nd-29th, 2020.
Communication will be slower than usual between December 23 through January 15th as I prepare to leave and while I am away.
It should take 2-3 weeks after returning to catch up on orders and for things to start running smoothly again, so your patience is appreciated throughout January into February if you are shopping with Tenshishop.

How Rakuma (FRIL)/Mercari/Otamart App Shopping Requests will be affected: OPEN, but no Buyer Protection.
If ordering items from Rakuma (FRIL), Mercari, or Otamart in December, please understand that any items that have not arrived by December 26th will not qualify for buyer protection because I will not be present to check that they have arrived. If you choose to shop despite this risk, I suggest only buying listings with traced shipping so that they can be tracked remotely to confirm that at least a package has arrived, although there is still some risk because I cannot verify the contents until I return.

How Yahoo/MBOK Auction Shopping Requests will be affected: OPEN, but no Buyer Protection.
If bidding on items from an auction in December, please understand that any items that have not arrived by December 26th will not qualify for buyer protection (if usually offered by the platform) because I will not be present to check that they have arrived. If you choose to shop despite this risk, I suggest only buying listings with traced shipping so that they can be tracked remotely to confirm that at least a package has arrived, although there is still some risk because I cannot verify the contents until I return.

How Online Shopping (including orders from the Tenshishop website) will be affected: OPEN
There may be some instances where I cannot make an online order, but generally you will be able to request orders for online items and be able to order from the Tenshishop website throughout the period I am abroad. Please understand these orders will not ship until late January at the earliest though.

How In Store Shopping will be affected: PARTIALLY OPEN
Because I will rely on a family member to do in store shopping while I am away, there may be some instances where I cannot complete in store order requests while abroad. Please contact me and I will inform you if I can help.

How New Year’s Lucky Packs will be affected: PARTIALLY OPEN
In recent years, the most popular lucky packs, the ones I get the most requests for, are possible to reserve in advance, either online or in store. Any lucky packs I can reserve in advance should be OK. However, some New Year’s Day in store only lucky packs, I won’t be able to try for this year- most notably, the Pokemon Center ones (which are so popular they would be hard to get even if I was in the country). I will be happy to reserve in advance any 2020 Lucky Packs you may want. Please understand these orders will not ship until late January at the earliest though.
