Over the years I've ordered anime figures, lolita, gacha, beauty products, preorders, lotteries and more. Every time she does her best on getting items and such care sending them to me.

Service is always smooth, and any hiccups she will let you know right away. Packaging is the best in Japan; no over sized ridiculous boxes and excessive plastic. Even when Canada post is trying to trip us up she's helped me out.
