I had a small issue with shipping this time due to me traveling and brought it up with Tenshi. We discussed some options, and she quickly resolved the issue. She is extremely reliable and I'm always thankful because she goes above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

So I ordered a PC game that released over a decade ago in Japan and is very hard to currently find copies of, and let me say that Tenshi really came through for me.

I first tried getting the game through an online company that has warehouses in Japan, but because all they did was just buy what you wanted + ship it to you, the game I got ultimately had no game disc and was just an audio drama in the game case, something that could have been discovered if that business actually cared to check.

Tenshi was completely different from my experience with that other company. Not only did Tenshi reply back promptly with any questions I had, Tenshi also was kind enough to ask questions to the seller and check the game I was now ordering for a 2nd time because of what I went through the first time. Because Tenshi cared, I was able to finally buy the game with the actual game disc inside!

I honestly can't praise the work Tenshi did enough. She went above and beyond, and if I could rate my experience with her above 5 stars I would have! Thank you again Tenshi, I would not have been able to get this without you!!

I asked Tenshi to order me an item exclusive to Japan that I was not sure would be made later available to people in the US. I really wanted the life size Gardevoir plush. She was upfront about costs, especially the shipping, which was very reasonable to me. She communicates well. She ordered the plush within a minute of orders opening, which was impressive. There were a lot of things that I was concerned about when using this kind of service, but I encountered no major issues at all during this entire process. I hope to use her service again for other items that I really want.
