I have nothing but nice things to say about Tenshi Shop. Tenshi is kind, communicative, and forward-thinking for those of us who are new to using proxy services in Japan. I have always received my items promptly and with excellent packaging, so for those of you who are hesitant about using a proxy service for the first time, look no further! It doesn’t get any better than Tenshi Shop.

Tenshi was quick to respond through instagram where i asked about spot claiming and through email when i had questions about the process. she updated me super fast on the items she got for me and shipped it out soon after i made payment. I primarily knew of Tenshi through helping foreigners with Lolita orders, and while I have yet to work with them in regards to it, I put down an order for a rerelease of the Transformers Mochibots and even though I wasn’t sure if Tenshi did those types of orders, they were quick and super helpful!!! Just received another series of orders, couldn't be happier. Tenshi reached out to me when one of the colors of socks I wanted was not in stock to say she asked about a possible restock and kept me in the loop even though a single pair of socks is such an insignificant and low cost item in the grand scheme of my orders. I love that she advertises gachapon pulling service now too! Everything is always packaged well and arrives quickly, I'm super happy with the whole of the service provided.
