It was my first time both using a shopping service and doing an Angelic Pretty reservation, but the process was very clear and Tenshi was very understanding! My dress was nicely packaged and shipped in a super fast manner, and Tenshi does not charge super high fees like many others do!

Tenshi is always very quick, friendly, and gets the job done better than any other shopping service! Why use other shopping services that will pile on expensive fees and overcharge shipping when the package ends up getting damaged anyways unless you pay way more for optional packaging? (Bitterly speaking from experience, haha.) Tenshi always takes great care to package and ship your orders thoughtfully and for the most reasonable fee and shipping rates in the game. Every order I've made through Tenshi has been a great experience and is my only go-to Japanese shopping service now. 🙂 I highly recommend Tenshi Shop to anyone!
