I have been a customer of Tenshi Shop for well over a decade and left a few reviews in the past, but recently was my first time making a purchase that was over $5000 USD- the most I ever spent on anything in my life to boot! Despite it being a big purchase that I was nervous to try to make, Tenshi was beyond wonderful and was so assuring throughout the entire process and made sure the transaction was as safe as possible, from asking the seller questions, to inspecting the item, to packing it to ship to me super safe and secure, and overall going above and beyond to ensure the transaction went smoothly. Everything was beyond perfect and I could not be happier, thank you so much Tenshi for helping me purchasing something I have been trying to buy for so many years and never thought I would be able to, you seriously made my dreams come true!

I asked Tenshi to preorder a Hatsune Miku Project Diva Hori Controller for me. I have never had a kinder, more wonderful experience. She let me know when it was ordered and when it arrived, and put in extra packaging. When I emailed her to ask if there were any extra buttons, like I was hoping, she was quick to reply that there were. She truly goes above and beyond with her services. - it's such a breath of fresh air when compared to the AI and automated customer service systems you get almost anywhere else. It is so refreshing talking to someone so kind and professional. I will 100% be using Tenshi's service for anything else I need from Japan.

There's a plethora of Japan proxy services around but I highly recommend Tenshishop. Her replies was quick, informative and the parcel ended up arriving to me in a week+ The parcel was packaged really nicely too.
