After a spam attack starting on April 18th, 2025 in which the Shopping Service Request Form received around 16,000 entries in the span of 48 hours, the e-mail service that sends out notifcations to both the shopper and myself after a shopping request is made stopped working. I am currently trying to get the issue resolved.
In order to stop the spam entries, I have had to activate CAPTCHA on the request form. This is a box that you need to check before submitting your request form to prove that you are not a robot. It is a common tool used on websites to deter spam.
Until the notifcation e-mail issue can be resolved, you will not get the automatic confirmation email after submitting a form, but your request is being logged. I have to check for it manually, and will respond as soon as possible.
Because I am not getting the automatic notifcations as soon as a request form is submitted, it might take me longer to see your request. If you are worried, you can send a message to [email protected] or DM on Instagram to let me know you have submitted a form.
