Tenshi Shop offers in-store shopping services for many major Japanese brands and Japanese goods.

If you would like to purchase an item that is available in Japan, I offer fast and reliable service to customers worldwide!

If you’re unsure if a store or item is locally available, don’t hesitate to ask!
  • If a shop has both a local and online shop, you can leave the decision up to me.
    • You may select both types of shopping on your request form.
    • Sometimes it is better to shop online due to limited in store stock,  store location, etc.
  • In-Store services are available only for brands with a physical location within a reasonable distance from my location.
    • Please note that I do not live in or near the Tokyo Metropolitan area.
  • See the “Reservation / Spot Claiming” section for services regarding special commission rates on Angelic Pretty, BTSSB and AatP’s new releases, as well as general information on other other brands’ release.

Basic Explanation of Fees:

  • 5% of Item Cost or 500 yen, whichever is greater (commission fee)
    • Based on the overall total of your in-store service items.
    • Commission on sale items, some reservations/spot claims, lucky packs, auctions, and apps vary. Read related Terms of Service carefully.
  • Train Fare per trip required for your requests
    • 400 Yen round trip.
  • Payment Processing Fee
    • between 4%-6% depending on your country of residence.
