Tutuanna Light Petticoat Skirt

This item has been worn lightly but shows no real signs of wear. This is an ultra light petti-skirt. This is perfect for lighter skirts (from otome brands especially) that can’t accommodate a full petticoat, or where a most petticoats are too long and would stick out the bottom. Also helps with skirts that might be a bit sheer, adding an extra opaque layer. I sometimes wore it with some of the Emily Temple Cute skirts I am selling- they make a nice pair!
