April 10th, 2026 Mail Server Issue: The auto confirmation email that usually goes out when you submit a Request Form is not working due to a technical issue that is currently being resolved . The form itself is working, and you can submit requests as usual.
Regarding tariff related shipping suspensions to the USA: Japan Post/EMS to the USA has been suspended since late August 2025. I am still shipping to the USA with UPS with rates comparable to EMS. I can also ship with DHL, but it is very expensive.
Regarding the conflict in Iran: Japan Post is still servicing Europe through alternate routes and has annouced no official suspensions so far. Info will be updated here if the situation changes.
