SHOPPING SERVICE RELATED INFORMATION:
Order volume and general email inquiries are currently very high. There may be delays in response time, order processing, and shipping. I generally respond in 24-48 hours and ship within a week of payment.
Very large and involved orders may take me more time than usual to respond to/process. Thank you for understanding.

I am only shipping twice a week currently, once with Japan Post and once with Yamato Transport (UPS), usually Sundays-Wednesdays.
ONLINE SHOP RELATED INFORMATION:
Tenshi’s personal online shop, which you can usually access from the Tenshishop main page, is currently purposely hidden from the main site. The cart system needs updating and is not set up to handle automatic shipping calculations with all the shipping issues that COVID has caused. Items listed on the shop are still available and might still show up in Google searches or with direct links, and you may even be able to add stuff to the cart, but shipping should be disabled if you try to checkout. If you have found something in Tenshi’s online shop that you want to buy, please don’t hesitate to contact me via a general contact form to discuss being invoiced directly (or adding to a shopping service).
