Services are open. Request volume is currently very high. Please expect delays in response time as well as longer than usual invoicing and shipping time frames. Tenshi is traveling in December 2025, see the Travel Notices for details.
An official post will be made soon to address the shipping/tariff issue with the USA. I am still shipping to the USA with UPS! I am working on possibly using other couriers as well, details coming as soon as I can finalize anything (Japan Post/EMS to the USA has been suspended since late August 2025).
