Happy news for Canadians today! Japan Post has started offering EMS shipping to Canada again after suspending the service for nearly two years. From November 2, 2022, Tenshi can once again ship directly to those living in Canada. Please note, small packet airmail service remains suspended for Canada (and the US).
EMS and small packet airmail resumed to Australia last month, as well. Shoppers in Australia report inconsistent tracking ability on airmail however, so please be aware!
Japan Post EMS (and in some cases small packet airmail) services were also resumed for the following countries on November 2nd:
Brazil, India, Chile, Peru, Finland, Romania (as well as Canada).
