Mini Black Tophat

This mini hat was purchased at the KERA shop for a specific coord, and was used just once. It has been stored since. It has a rose, feathers, dotted tulle, red ribbon, a string of beads, and two clips on the underside that make it really easy to attach to your hair. It doesn’t have a brand tag, but I think it may be Marble.
