Sixh. Ibi Print and Paisley Pants
These pants designed by Ibi were either a short run or one off, I bought them directly from him at the store when he was visiting and had brought unique items. I never saw them for sale anywhere before or after, but I can’t say for sure. There is a lot of detail work in these. Faux leather cording in the hips give a little room for adjustment and a nice detail pop. There is a panel of sheer paisley patterned fabric laid into the legs, leather strap details at the foot, snaps to adjust the flair in the leg with this same paisley fabric inlaid into the flair. Printing on the back of the thighs and nice shaping throughout. Despite being worn, the print isn’t cracking or peeling. Going over these, I did find one broken stitch near the knee where the contrast fabric is sewn in. This can be easily fixed but doesn’t affect the integrity of the pants as there in fabric also sewn in under that stitch so there is not an actual hole.
