H. Naoto Frill Layerd Skirt

This skirt is brand new and unworn with tags. It was purchased at an in store event where the designer brought special one off items for the event, and I believe it may be one of a kind. The skirt is full of layers of different fabrics, and can be worn on its own or layered with another skirt as a petticoat because it has tons of volume (the skirt is pictured without a petti underneath in the photo!). The waist is elastic all the way around with a ribbon tie at the front to adjust the size to your waist. Very easy to wear day to day or for lolita, and super comfy! There is really no minumum waist measure with the drawstring, the listed minumum measure is the waist resting without the drawstring pulled at all.
